Key difference between the two products ingredient wise is that Progressive contains almost 2 grams of Lecithin. This makes up for the majority of the difference in serving size. It should be noted that lecithin could be obtained and consumed separately for limited cost.
The Canadian Protein greens are significantly lower cost per serving, at almost half the cost of the Progressive greens.
